If the only question is which tool produces the most beautiful image, Midjourney wins our test regularly. Lighting, materials and composition look more considered than the competition, and results less often look like computer graphics.
The price for that is control. If you need a product shot to an exact layout brief, you will struggle longer with Midjourney than with a tool that understands layers and selections. Style and character references have taken the edge off that, but they do not replace image editing, for which Adobe Firefly is the better choice.
For commercial use: the terms grant paying customers extensive rights to the images produced, but the origin of the training data remains less transparent than at, say, Adobe Firefly. For advertising with legal exposure, that is worth weighing deliberately.
